News
The
next YGA meeting where EMC will be in attendance is scheduled to be
held on the 13 th July and will take place at Barnsley football club.
Anyone who is not currently a member of the YGA but would like to
attend this event, please contact Les Cawdron (01522 730980) for registration
details etc.
Pipeline
Industries Guild
The
company have recently become members of the guild. News on forthcoming
events will be published as soon as practicable.
British
Safety Council
The
Company has recently been accepted as a member of the British Safety
Council, reinforcing EMC’s high level commitment to health, safety
and environmental best practice. It is anticipated that by utilising
the membership services on offer, together with specific own/client
initiatives EMC can continue to improve their safety performance and
results.
Safety
Bulletin
There
has been two safety bulletins issued recently (numbers 4 & 5)
concerning underground damage levels & HAVS. Everyone should have
now received their own copy, however please contact Ingham direct
if you have not yet received your copy or if you require any additional
information/clarification on the subject matter raised .
Training
& Development
GNO
re-accreditation training continues and a number of employees are
currently awaiting certification following the completion and acceptance
of their portfolios by Utilise.

go to our Joanne Yearsley, and her husband Gary, who have recently
found out that they are expecting a new baby later this year.

also go to our MD who came in the top five at the recent Pipeline
Industry Golf tournament.
