Our ethos and practice is entirely customer-centric. Specific training is provided in customer service/diversity and disability awareness. A code of conduct/working in occupied premises policy is in place governing employee’s actions, appearance and behaviour. 

All work is conducted within the greatest care with emphasis on conducting as minimal disruption as possible; all sites and work areas are left clean and tidy.
